Electric Bike

 

                                         Use of electric bike is becoming more important for everyone due no carbon gas emission. There are now several companies who are moving to make electric bikes, cars even heavy truck and plane's are on electric. This is a need of world to save our environment. How does electric vehicle work? for petrol or gas vehicle it was easy to understand for individual who was not having that much knowledge a normal person without engineer. If gas is filled in bike we can travel to certain distance were are able judge without having fuel meter but how about electric bike. It is important that it should have indicator or meter to show it is charged and should be stopped.

    

       Before we buy electric bike we should check the following thing. Battery Warranty, Motor Quality, Proper Gear Box, Belt from the rotor gear. 

                                                                          

How does the Battery work?

     From above drawing, there are two metals one is Copper and another is Zinc, when chemical comes in contact with each other there is power generated with positive current with copper and negative as normal Zinc. When both are touched it gets fired or wire will become hot.

                                                                           

How Motor works?

       Motors are important devices now in our day to day life used in various fields, from powering industrial machinery to driving vehicles and even in smaller applications like household appliances. What type of motors you use in vehicles?

Types of Motor: 

                                                                         

1) Brushed DC Motors: They use brushes and a commutator to switch the current direction in the motor windings, causing the rotor to rotate.

Brushless DC Motors (BLDC): These motors use electronic commutation instead of brushes, making them more efficient, reliable, and requiring less maintenance.

                                          

                                                           

2. AC Motors:

Induction Motors: Common in industrial applications and household appliances. They work on the principle of electromagnetic induction to create motion.

Synchronous Motors: Maintain a constant speed determined by the frequency of the applied AC voltage.

    Motor has two important system one is Stator and another is Rotor. When current is passed it touched to Rotor and Stator. So, because of it rotor throws positive current outside and Stator throws negative current inside and this how motor runs with high speed. When opposite pole repel and shaft move spins with high energy. 

                                                

Gear Rotation: Above picture show gear moving from Motor to Pully which help Wheel to run on road.

Price: Prices of Electric vehicles will be less as compare to gas vehicles which will reduce maintenance.
